New Customers

Our services start with the first contact we have with you. Following is typically the way things will flow:

Information Sharing

This is where we'll show you the Agile Software Suite, explaining the features and benefits. You'll naturally have a number of questions about how Agile can help your district. We'll do a demonstration over the web or, if you prefer, arrange for a time to visit your location. During this phase, you'll want to think creatively about what your "perfect" information management needs would be - chances are we can mold the Agile SIP to achieve more than you might think!

We'll prepare a proposal for you outlining in detail the complete Agile solution including optional modules, services and maintenance.

Pre-installation

We'll ask you to tell us how you would like your Agile system set up. This will include things like security settings, individual school screen set-up and more. Even though there is a great deal of flexibility with the Agile SIP, this phase typically will not require a lot of time on your part.

Software Installation

We'll typically install the software from our offices using a remote connection. This is usually done in the overnight time frame and won't require anything of you except to set us up with temporary system access. If you prefer, we can perform installation at your site during normal business hours.

Training

We will hold training over the internet using our interactive web-meeting system. The Agile SIP is very intuitive and often a short less-than-half-day session is all that is needed for users to know their way around the software. We'll usually have another session for system administrators.

Additional sessions will be scheduled for the Student Alert Monitor, Elementary Report Card and other parts of the Agile Software Suite.

If you prefer, we can hold training at your location. We can also have as many training sessions as you want.

We'll provide training manuals on disk.

System Testing & Data Confirmation

This is where you will review the data within your Agile system and confirm that it is accurate. This phase will usually be in conjunction with the initial system administrator training and may take place before the majority of district staff have been trained.

System Roll-Out/Implementation

You are now ready to truly use your new Agile system! This is where you will begin to make it available to whomever you choose. We'll help you with suggestions and proven techniques of successful implementation both in-house and for your community.

On-going Support

We'll stay in touch to help make your Agile experience as beneficial as possible! You may have ideas for enhancements - we'd love to hear them! That's primarily how the Agile Software Suite continues to grow - from suggestions of hundreds of school users around the country!
